Release Notes: June 30, 2010

The enhancements are as follows:

Minor bug fixes and enhancements (innCenter)

  • Folio/Statement printouts:
    • Changed “Guest Reservation Form” name to “Guest Registration Form”
    • Added Tax ID to all printed folios (Res & Account) in the property/client details section of the print out (i.e. top left corner).
    • The Tax ID can be provided in the Property Details and Client Details screens, respectively.
  • Custom Label for “Taxes & Surcharges”: The label “Taxes & Surcharges” can be changed by adding the label in the client details screen. The custom label will be displayed in all the reports and the folio balance summary section. If the value is not provided, it will default to “Taxes & Surcharges”.
  • Group Reservation: When the Group account name is clicked in the stay info section of a group reservation, the account details page was opening with blank details. The issue has been fixed.
  • Room Class Details: After uploading a room class picture, the pages returns without scroll bars. The issue has been fixed.
  • Basic Search: On the Reservation List - Basic Search filter (i.e. Reservations > Reservations > Basic Search), the room list was previously sorted in the order in which the rooms were created in the system. They are now sorted in ascending sort order.
  • Additional Titles: we’ve added the following additional titles to the dropdowns throughout the system (this is true of the booking engine as well, please read below)
    • Sir
    • Lord
    • Lady
    • Mr. & Mrs.

Minor bug fixes and enhancements (Booking Engine)

  • Image in report header: There was an issue with image being not displayed in confirmation emails when sent from the booking engine, though the same template would show the image when sent from innCenter. The issue has been fixed.
  • Additional Titles: we’ve added the following additional titles to the dropdowns (this is true of innCenter as well, please read above)
