The innRoad Client Services group strives to provide you with world-class support and service. You can contact us directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any critical issue.
Please note that we define "critical issue" as anything which keeps you from performing your necessary duties and requires innRoad support personnel to resolve. This includes issues such as the inability to check-in a guest due to a PDF issue, but does not include modifying rates, or exploring new functionality in the system, for which you should schedule training.
All non-critical issues should be escalated during normal support hours, which is Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm (ET).
