Q. Can I add images to the first page of the link to show the exterior of my properties?

Yes, exterior property images can be displayed on the first page of the Booking Engine link.  Please make a request to innRoad Client Services at 1-866-504-0632 or email us at support@innroad.com. You will need to provide a logo that is square in shape and 400 X 320.

Q. Where does someone indicate that they are tax exempt?

Tax Exempt status cannot be entered on the Booking Engine. This information can be entered at the point of Check-In.

Q. Is there a way for the travel agents that normally book our hotel to make a reservation for their guests and indicate to us that the reservation should be part of their account?

Q. How can I publish my property’s ‘policies’ on the booking engine?

Follow these steps to publish and update your policies on the Booking Engine:

  1. Click “Setup
  2. Click “Properties” and select the property you would like to edit
  3. Enter your policy in the “Policy” text box under the ‘Descriptive Information’ section of the screen
  4. Click “Publish
To publish policies for Room Class and Rates, follow these steps:
  1. Click “Inventory
  2. Click “Rates
  3. Select the “Property” you would like to edit from the “Properties” dropdown menu
  4. Click on the “Rate Name” for the policy
  5. Enter your policy in the “Policy” text box under the ‘Descriptive Information’ section of the screen
  6. Click “Save

*Note: Policies for Room Class and Rates can also be published by clicking ‘Setup’ then “Room Classes” and following steps 3-6 above.

Q. How do I upload my logo and photos to the Booking Engine?

Prior to uploading logos and photos to the Booking Engine, first make sure that:

  • all image files to be uploaded are in a jpeg format,
  • logo image is a square shape and has a 400x400 resolution, and
  • property photo has a 400 X 300 resolution and the width does not exceed 50% of the Booking Engine width.
You can then upload the images as follows:
  1. Click on “Set Up
  2. Click on the “Properties” link
  3. Click on the “Property Name
  4. Click on the “Edit” button next to ‘Logo’ or ‘Picture’.  This will open the ‘Image Loader’ window.
  5. Click “Browse” and select the logo file from your computer
  6. Click “Upload
  7. Click “Keep It
  8. Click “Done” at the bottom of the main screen

Q. Why does my logo look stretched on the guest forms?

If the logo that you uploaded is not square in dimension, it will appear stretched on your statements.
Prior to uploading logos to the Booking Engine, first make sure that:

  • all image files to be uploaded are in a jpeg format, and
  • logo image is a square shape and has a 400x400 resolution.
